It is with great sadness that the family of Madeline Diamond of St. Anthony, NL, announce her peaceful passing on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2010 at the John M. Gray Centre at the age of 76 years. She leaves to mourn her loving husband Thomas Diamond; her children Ivy (Willie), Truman, and Renee (Chris); her grandchildren Misty (Vadim), Kerilyn, and Shawn. She was predeceased by her parents Elizabeth and Elijah Stevens, brother Robert, and grandson Shane Whalen. Visitation was held at Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Home in St. Anthony, after which the funeral service took place at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 10, with Rev. Stephanie McClellan officiating. Burial followed immediately at Fishing Point United Church Cemetery. The funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard, funeral director.
