At the Kings County Memorial Hospital in Montague on Sunday, November 28, 2010, of Carrie Elizabeth Herring of Murray Harbour, in her 93rd year.
Wife of the late Louis F. Herring. Beloved mother of Friend (Florine) and Elaine. Loving grandmother of Josie (Dan) Gass, Jon, and great-grandmother of Dalton Jonah Gass. Dear sister of Robie Chapman, Rita Buell, Alice Glove and Cecil (Amy) Chapman. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers and sisters, Cy, Bertha MacKay, Capt. George Chapman, Dorothy Harris and Roy Chapman.
Resting at Ferguson's Montague Funeral Home until Wednesday, then to Church of Christ, Murray Harbour, for funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the Murray River Cemetery. Visitation: Tuesday 2-4 p.m. only.
