Terry Brine, age 42, of Joggins, passed away peacefully at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre on Monday, December 6, 2010.
Born in Amherst, NS, he was a son of Patricia (Foster) Brine and the late Burnell Brine.
Terry greatly enjoyed his work at Hannah's Farm. He was a caring person who loved his dogs, and enjoyed helping others in the community in any way he could. Terry stayed at home where he could help his parents, and spent countless hours tending to his garden.
In addition to his mother Patricia Brine, Joggins, he will be deeply missed by his sister Laura Lee Van Snick (Donnie), River Hebert; 2 brothers, Stanley (Mary Ann), Joggins, Robert (Jane), Amherst; uncle Donnie Brine, Lower Cove; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Furlong Jones Funeral Home, Main St., River Hebert, where visiting hours will take place Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated from St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church on Friday, December 10, 2010 at 11 am, Father David MacDonald officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Cemetery.
