Passed away at his private home on Nov. 30, 2010 in Forrester's Point, NL, surrounded by his loving family, Mr. Harold Taylor in his 77th year. Left behind with cherished memories are his wife Jessie Taylor; sons Jacob Taylor (Mary), and Sam Taylor (Daise); daughters Jenita Taylor (Edward), and Joanie Gibbons (Ivan); grandchildren Renita, Corey (Glenda), Terri, Cody, and Drew; his great-grandchildren Marty and Natalie; brothers Isaac, Clayton, and Steve as well as a large circle of loving family and friends. Harold was predeceased by his mother and father Emily and Isaiah, his brother Walter, his cherished granddaughter Renita, as well as his mother and father-in-law Elizabeth and Samuel Bailey. Visitation took place at St. Mary's Anglican Church in Black Duck Cove, from where the funeral service took place at 2 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 3, with the Revs. Harold and Marlene Harvey officiating. Burial followed the service in the Anglican Cemetery in Black Duck Cove. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Homes, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Levinia Fillatre, funeral director.
