Peacefully, at the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home, on Sunday, Dec. 12, 2010 of Mr. Robert T. (Bob) Dowie of South Melville, age 67 years.
Fondly remembered by his best friend, Norma MacDonald. He will be greatly missed by his sister-in-law, Erma MacDonald, and nephew, Allen MacNeil; daughter, Susan (Terry) Milley, and grandson, Matthew Feeny; daughter, Robin Dowie (Kirk), and granddaughters, Kirsten and Kelsey Melenson; step-daughter, Denise Irving (Jarymy); sister, Margo (Randy) Walker; father and mother-in-law, Allan and Mary MacDonald and family, Rice Point, and cherished companions, Bear, Nina and Alley Cat. He was predeceased by his parents, Mary and Stanley Dowie.
No visitation or funeral service by personal request. Interment later in Canoe Cove Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
