Ann passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, December 18, 2010. Predeceased by her father, Hugh and mother, Kay Gillies (Vardy). She leaves to mourn her beloved husband, Michael; loving mother to Mikaela and Patrick; mother-in-law, Bev; sisters-in-law: Pat and Ann Marie. Sadly missed by her brothers: Hugh (Judy), Neil, Geoff (Allison) and Ian (Molly). Will always be remembered by her Newfoundland relatives; her aunts: Mary (Ken) Murphy (Toronto), Bernie, Ann, Cede, Bunn (St. John's); cousins: Krista, Karen and Greg Snow and family, Susan and Chad Mason, Meg and Noel Browne and family, Bill and Dolores Gillies, St. John's; and many other relatives in the United States and Canada. Ann was a fantastic teacher, great organizer and loved by all. May she rest in peace.
