In Ottawa, on Sunday, January 16, 2011. Margaret Frances McMillan, daughter of the late John Daniel MacKenzie and the late Anna Cecilia MacDonald. Predeceased by her husbands, Waldimar Cofo and Dr. Frank McMillan, as well as her brother, John (late Florence) and her sister, Mary (late Joseph Tompkins). She leaves behind her two children, Daniel and Barbara (Robert Strachan); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Emily, Bridget and Rob; and her great-grandchildren, Domenic, Eliana and Riley.
She will be greatly missed by all who shared her life. A special thanks to the staff of the Promenade Retirement Residence, Dr. A. Tanguay, Dr. Louise Coulombe and Joy from At Home Hospice for the compassionate care provided for her during these last months.
Family and friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 2370 St-Joseph Blvd., Orleans, Wednesday, January 19, 2011, from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral Thursday, January 20, 2011, at Divine Infant Church, 6855 Bilberry Dr., Orleans, for mass of Christian funeral at 11 a.m., followed by interment at Notre-Dame Cemetery.
