On Sunday, January 16, 2011, Melvina "Vi" Grainger passed away with her family at her side at the age of 67 years. She was predeceased by her parents, Doug and Yvonne Corke; father and mother-in-law, Bob and Agnes Grainger; brother-in-law, Keith Grainger. Vi will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Ian; four children, Heather (Dan) Owens, Brent (Monika), Brenda (Mitch) Bauck, Pam (John) Foster; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Muriel (Colin) Howard as well as other family and many friends. Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 21, 2011 at Broadway United Church, 105 Broadway Ave., Regina, SK with Rev. Jim Balfour officiating. In lieu of flowers donation in Vi's memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, # 1400 - 522 University Ave., Toronto, ON, M5G 2R5.
