It is with great sadness that the family of the late Glen Critch announce his sudden passing at his family residence on Thursday, January 20th, 2011, at the age of 64 years. Leaving to mourn his brother, Murdock (Minnie), his sisters: Eunice, Louise, Elouise, Dallis, Bernetta and Deloris. Glen was a friend to everyone who knew him. He was a special friend to Eric Manuel and Andrew Drover. Glen was predeceased by his parents, Samuel and Rebecca Critch, brothers: Leslie, Bernard, & Dick Critch. His sisters: Faye & Deborah, his niece; Colette Serrick, and his nephews: Eric & Wade Critch, and Jimmy Serrick,his brothers-in-law: Eric Janes, Ralph Rideout and Rudy Serrick. Also leaves to mourn a large circle of family and friends. The family will be receiving family and friends today, Saturday, January 22nd, 2011 from the hours of 2-4 and 7- 9 p.m. from Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL. The funeral service will take place on Sunday, January 24th, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. from the Salvation Army Church in Deer Lake, with Majors Wayne & Betty Ann Pike officiating with the burial to follow at the family plot on Wight's Road Cemetery in Deer Lake.
