Mrs. Mary Mercer of Kiwanis Nursing Home Formerly of Ratters Corner, passed away on February 10, 2011 at the age of 97. She was the daughter of the late Duncan and Tilly (Otis) McLong and was the wife of the late Eldon Mercer who passed away in 1993. Mary is survived by her children: Pauline (Walter) of Waterford and Maynard (Adelia) of Plumweseep; as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her daughter, Ruby; her son, Eric and her sisters: Olive Steeves and Dorothy Campbell.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Saturday 1 to 3 and 6 to 8pm.
