The family of the late Elsie Kean wish to express their deepest gratitude to relatives and friends for their love and support during the death of our mother, mother-in-law and grandmother.

A sincere thank you to all those who contributed to various charities, telephoned, sent cards and e-mails of condolence, brought food and sent flowers.

The family would like to offer a special thank you to Stephanie Pike (her granddaughter) and to her special friend Diane Banks for their continuous visitation and support during her stay in hospital.

Thank you to the nurses who cared for her during her months in hospital and particularly to the Palliative Care Unit. A special thank you to Dr. O'Connor who kept us informed in her kind and compassionate manner.

We would also like to send a special thank you to Majors Robert and Cassie Kean for their special spiritual support and for the beautiful memorial service conducted at Country Haven Chapel.

The family would also like to extend a very big thank you to Country Haven Funeral Home for their support and professionalism.

It is impossible to thank each of you individually, but rest assured your thoughtfulness was very much appreciated by all the family.
