1923 - 2011: 87, Bass River, formerly of Wabush, Labrador, passed away February 17, 2011 in Colchester Regional Hospital. Born in England, she was a daughter of the late Jack & Nellie Chapman. Jane has finally gone to be with her dear husband Ollie, deceased in 1976. She loved bingo. She will be missed by her sons Robert (Mary Jane), Dartmouth, Allan (Ruby), Waterville, Benny (Judy), Halifax, Tony (Rhonda), Wilson (Laura), both of Wabush, daughters Margaret, Texas, Elaine (Lando), Bass River, Sandra (Tony), England, 19 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Jane was predeceased by brothers Allan, George, Jack, Ivan, sisters Dorothy, Nellie, Margaret, daughter-in-law Colleen. Cremation took place under the care of J.A. Walker Funeral Home (2205) Ltd. where funeral service was held February 22, officiated by Rev. Dianna Frye. Interment to take place at a later date in Wabush.
