Mrs. Marion Brown of Penobsquis, passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on March 19, 2011 at the age of 86. She was the daughter of the late Ernest and Lena (Perry) Hunt and the wife of the late Palmer Brown. Marion is survived by her son, James D. Brown of Etobicoke, ON, her sister-in-law: Grace Dunfield of Penobsquis, as well as several nieces and nephews, Marion was the last surviving member of her immediate family she was predeceased by two sisters: Nora Drury and Ernestine Pickett and her infant brother Maurice.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Monday 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 pm. A Celebration of Marion’s life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at 11:00 am. The interment will take place at Cardwell Cemetery. www.wallacefuneralhome.com
