Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital in the presence of her family on June 3, 2017, Vina F. Ivany of Brigus, age 93 years. Predeceased by her husband Albert, daughter Ruby and son-in-law Azariah, brothers Wilfred (Lillian) and Gerald, sister Dora (Tom). Left to mourn her son David and daughter-in-law Rose, five grandchildren: Trevor (Bev), Mark (Judy), Susanne (Andrew), Kathy (Steve) and Karen (Blaine), eleven great-grandchildren, sister-in-law Sybil Spracklin, nieces, nephews and a large circle of friends. Resting at Broughton's Funeral Home, Brigus on Monday, June 5, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Funeral to take place on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 2 p.m. from the Brigus United Church.
