May entered into rest peacefully with her family by her side at the Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland, ON on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at the age of 96.
Beloved wife of the late Hector Somerton. Cherished mother of Marie Saunders (predeceased by Godfrey), Hector (Maria), the late Terry, Brian (Linda) and Cindy Bergey (Barry). Devoted grandmother of Craig, Sean, Lori, Kristina, Melissa, Michael, Wendy, Nicole, Matthew and 11 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her siblings, Ben, James, Anne, Jesse, Lily, Jean, Effie, Violet and Bridget.
A celebration of Flo's life will be held at The Place, 300 Balm Beach Rd., Tiny, Ontario on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 11 a.m. If desired, memorial donations to the Georgian Bay General Hospital Foundation and Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to LeClair Cremation Centre.
