William Francis (Bill) Pardy

Bill Pardy of Catalina passed peacefully away at Dr. G.B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on June 12, 2017, at the age of 91 years. Born on April 5, 1926, Bill was the youngest child born to John and Alfreda Pardy of Port Union. He is predeceased by his son, baby Gerald and siblings Bessie, Rachael, Mary, Effie, Florence, and George. Left with fond and loving memories are his loving wife of 64 years, Myrtle; sons Mel (Peg) and Craig (Mary Larner); grandchildren Katie, Jon, Mykala, Mary Catherine, and Noah. Bill will also be missed by a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at Strathie’s Funeral Home, Catalina on Thursday, 2-10 pm, and on Friday, 10 am - 10 pm. Funeral will take place on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 2 pm at Bethany United Church, Catalina. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory may be made to Bethany United Church.
