Lilian Winnifred (Wakefield) Ogden
March 19, 1926-June 12, 2017
Lilian passed away quietly on Monday, June 12, 2017 in Ottawa. Daughter of the late Frederick William and the late Lilian Ada Wakefield (nee Bennett) of Sackville, New Brunswick.
She was predeceased by her brother Leonard Wakefield.
Lilian was the mother of Rosemary Bradshaw of Ottawa, grandmother of Beth Searle of Ottawa and great-grandmother of Joshua and Charlotte Searle.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B. (364-8188). A funeral service was held at St. Helen’s Anglican Church in Ontario on Saturday June 17, 2017. Interment will take place in the Sackville Cemetery on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 11 am with The Rev’d Dr. Ranall Ingalls officiating. Family and friends are invited to attend. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Lilian may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
