Peacefully at the Dr. John M. Gillis Memorial Lodge, the passing of Buddy John Osborne age 81 formerly of Murray Harbour, devoted husband of the late Verna (Gillis) Osborne. Born in Murray Harbour, on October 22, 1935 he was the son of the late Edgar and Vona (Sprague) Osborne. Buddy is survived by a son Charles; daughter Kelly; cherished grandchildren Kailie, Ryan, David and sister Trudy. Buddy will be greatly missed by his family and many friends who came to know and love him. No visiting by personal request. A Graveside service to take place in the Murray Harbour Cemetery on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 3 pm. Donations to the Dr. John M. Gillis Memorial Lodge would be appreciated.
