Peacefully on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Extendicare Cobourg, Ontario, in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Philip. Loving mother of Diane (Bob Adams), Linda Sedgwick-Sharpe (Charlie Girard), Roger (Alice) and Patsy (Gordon Draper). Caring and proud grandmother Denise Adams (Peter Lorenz), Robert Adams (Kate), Shawn Sedgwick (Brenda), Kathy Sedgwick (Gord), Brent Sedgwick (Trista), James Philip Hogan (Janice), Stephen Hogan (Rhiannon); and her 13 great grandchildren, Nicholas (Trish) and Alexandria Lorenz, Grace, Kelly and Erin Adams, Joshua Gauthier, Madison and Curtis Lingard, Jack, Catherine and William Hogan, Aubrey and Finley Sedgwick. Great, great grandmother of Lukas Lorenz. She will also be fondly remembered by her P.E.I. family: the descendants of the Hogan and White families. Visitation will be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, Cobourg on Monday, September 4, 2017 from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 1:15 p.m. Interment St. Michael's Cemetery.
