It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of the late Theresa Gushue announce her passing surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at the age of 81 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Gerald of 55 years; children: Ann Marie (Dean Kean), Paula Gushue, Andre (Lola) Gushue, Gloria Gushue (Nola Roberts), Melissa (Matthew), Anna and Alisha; grandchildren: Melissa (Stephen), Sarah (Tyler), Daniel (Tiffani), Michael (Melissa), Joshua (Evan), and Jarrod; brothers: Phonse (Elizabeth), Mike (Gladys), Paul (Rose), and Tommy; sisters: Marie (Joe), Madonna (Dave), Colleen, Helen, and Doreen (Mike); her best friend of 77 years Ruby Henderson and her Tops family, and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Thomas and Leonie Keough; brothers Tony Shawn, and Pete and sister Daliah. Visitation will take place from Fillatre's Funeral Home 4 St. Mark's Avenue on Monday and Tuesday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, September 13, at 10:00 AM with Father Edward Terry officiating. Interment at Mount Patricia Cemetery on Thursday, September 14 at 2:00 PM.
