On Sunday, September 10, 2017, at the Kings County Memorial Hospital, the passing of Harold "Boyce" Hicken, age 74, of Gaspereaux, loving husband of Eileen (Sencabaugh) Hicken occurred. Born in Pembroke, P.E.I., he was the son of the late Harold and Reta (Irving) Hicken. Boyce is survived by his beloved daughters, Tracy Hicken and Cynthia Hicken; cherished grandchildren, Jenalee Hicken (Jonathan), Morgan Hicken (Naomi), Taylor Hicken (Rolland); great grandchildren, Cameron and Amelia; brothers, Barry Hicken (Louise), Randy Hicken (Joanne), Charles Hicken; sister Kaye Rourke (Ivor); aunt Eileen (Irving) Beaton; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visitation on Wednesday, September 13th from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral Service to take place on Thursday, September 14th at 5 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to take place in the Murray Harbour North Cemetery. Donations to the Kings County Memorial Hospital or the Oncology Treatment Unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital would be appreciated.
