It is with great sadness that the family of the late CHRISTINA SYNARD of Parker’s Cove announces her passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin, NL on Friday September 29th, 2017, at the age of 59. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are son, Donny Synard of Fort McMurray, AB; daughter, Susan Synard (Dylan Greening) of Fort McMurray, AB; sisters, Elizabeth (Brendan) Synard, and Madonna (Charles) Hayse of Parker’s Cove; brothers, Francis Helpert, and Patrick Helpert (Mary Lake) of Parker’s Cove; best friend, Sue Saunders of Okotoks, AB; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. Christina was predeceased by her parents Donald & Mary Helpert; and brother, Den Walsh.

In following through with Christina’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

The Mass of Christian Burial took place at Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church in Parker’s Cove, on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2017. Inurnment followed at Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Cemetery in Parker’s Cove.
