It is with great love and sadness that we announce the passing of Baxter E. Beck, age 89 years on Friday, October 13, 2017. He is survived by wife Anna; daughters Barbara (Ralph Hollett), Debbie (Laurent Gagnon); son Clyde (Joy); sister Yvonne (Robert Byrne), brother-in-law James Sheaves; grandchildren Wendy (Edward Bayduza), Steven (Lydia) and Zachary; step-grandsons Guillaume Gagnon (Nancy) and Maxime Gagnon; great-grandchildren, Gracie, Isaac, Brooklyn, Leah and Ava. Also left to mourn are step-children Peter Johns (Glenda), Mike Johns (Michelle); Maryann Thistle (Scott) and their children, Holly, Rebecca, Melanie, Zachary, Garrett, Kerri, Kevin, Bryan, Eve. Predeceased by first wife, Vera Beck. Funeral service took place on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 from Bethany United Church, Swift Current with interment at United Cemetery, Swift Current.
