Passed peacefully away on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, Hans Wilhelm Otto Maahs age 83, at Pleasant View Towers, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Wilhelm Fredrich Maahs and Olga Dora Maahs; brother Horst (Hilda) and sister Elke. Leaving to mourn with loving memories is his wife Dorothy Green-Maahs; step-daughter Sherri Green; step-son Randy Green; grandson Devin (Angie); brother-in-law Doug Andrews; brother Manfred (Irene); sisters Ingrid (Jurgen) and Edit (Joachim); his cousin who was his best friend throughout life Karl-Heinz Krosch (Helmin) as well his family in Germany, his close friends whom he met along his many travels and the members of the Odd Fellows Organization. A special thanks to the wonderful staff at 3SW Pleasant View Towers for their compassion and care, and to the doctors who treated him.
