Slipped into a peaceful sleep at the Leonard A. Miller Centre, Palliative Care Unit on October 22, 2017. Predeceased by his father Edward J. Hartery; mother Mary (White) (Hartery) Hudson and brother Harold E. Hartery. Left to celebrate his life his loving partner of 20 years Anne Carrigan; sisters Josephine (Gary) Schrader, Imelda Earle (Mary Aylward); nephew Shayne (Jilleen) Fraeke; great-niece Scarlett; his partners sons Wayne (Cathy), Gerald (Michelle), Gary and Glen; special cousins Leonard, Bernie and Rick Predham. Numerous relatives of the Hartery and White families and other friends. To all the nurses, doctors and volunteers at the Palliative Care Unit, you were all so very kind and caring to David, thank you for all you do. At David's request, cremation has taken place.
