Janet Lee (Towe) Hicks McPhail of Brockville age 63 years. Beloved wife of Keith McPhail. Loving mother of Fred Hicks (Jill), Dayna Gray (Lyle), stepmother of Chris McPhail (Kim), and Jason McPhail. Cherished grandmother of Hayden and Rowan Hicks, Charles and Alexander Gray, Emily and Ethan McPhail. Janet is survived by her siblings Linda Deir (Larry), Bonnie Greer, Fred Towe, Jennifer Wolford-Davis (Chris), Jo-Ann MacLean (Kevin), her uncle Wally Mallette and several nieces and nephews. Dear daughter of the late James and Jean (Mallette) Towe.
