A heartfelt thanks to our family, friends and neighbours for your love and support during the loss of our wonderful son and brother. To those who visited, sent trays of food, cards, phone calls and messages of comfort, and the many Mass cards and donations in his memory, your generosity will forever be remembered.
Thank you to the readers, Emily Gillis, Lorraine Collins and Pat Kennedy. Special thanks to Father Paul Murphy whose words of comfort sustained us through a memorable service. The choir was amazing. The Ladies Auxiliary provided a lovely lunch. Thank you to Bill Laurie and staff of the Pier Community Funeral Home for assisting us and for your care and advice.
Dr. MacDougall and staff, and Dr. Kevin Orrell, thanks for your kindness and support throughout Casey’s life, and to the Handitrans Drivers and homecare workers who enabled him to live independently and work each day, and to Casey’s wonderful co-workers at Public Health and Addiction Services.
