Deborah Ann Wilson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Deborah Ann Wilson of Amherst on Thursday, November 16, 2017, with her loving husband and caregiver Jimmy at her side, at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Upper Nappan.
Born in Amherst, she was the daughter of the late Ed and Hilda (Crossman) Stiles.
Debbie will be lovingly remembered by her husband James, sister Betty-Lou Frost, brother Durline (June) Stiles, sister Catherine (Edward) Pettis, brother David (Lillian) Stiles, sister Gloria (Lennie) Roberts, mother-in-law Evelyn Wilson, sister-in-law Sally Cove, aunt Marilyn Laurette, and many special nieces, nephews, cousins, close extended family, and friends.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by sister Margaret-Rose Smith, brothers-in-law Osborne Smith and Norman Frost, sister-in-law Linda Stiles, and father-in-law Jim Larivee.
Before her illness, Debbie worked at the Royal Bank, CIBC, and Victorian Jewellers in Amherst.
A great lover of life’s simple pleasures, Debbie liked spending time with horses, dogs, and cats, staying at her cottage, enjoying the outdoors, riding her scooter, appreciating her garden, and visiting with her friends.
Thanks to the many health care and home care professionals who impacted Debbie’s life.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Debbie’s memory can be made to the VON, the L. A. Animal Shelter, or the charity of your choice.
Visitation will be private and there will be no service.
