Fougère, Exelda - Exelda Fougère, 75, passed away on Friday, April 29, 2011 at her residence in Shediac following a lengthy illness. Born on August 24, 1935 in Shediac, she was the daughter of the late Jean and Élizabeth (Gallant) Gallant. She is survived by three daughters: Diane Fougère (Norbert Martin), Laurentine Fougère (Aquila Poirier) and Cécile Fougère (Roger Martin), all of Shediac; four sons: Gérard (late Darleen), Bernard (Phyllis), Léonce (Jeannine) and Michel, all of Moncton; 16 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She is predeceased her first husband Paul, her second husband Alonzo Gautreau, two sisters: Anita and Lorette, and by one brother Donald. The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) on Sunday, from 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, from 8:30 a.m. until time of departure at 9:20 a.m. Funeral mass will be held at Saint-Joseph R.C.
