Passed away on April 23, 2011, Jim Cater of Grand Falls-Windsor. He was 74 years of age. He was predeceased by parents, Albert & Nellie Cater; wife, Pearl; daughter, Nellie; sisters, Dorothy, Rose, Joan; and brothers, Cyril & Albert. Left to mourn are sisters, Peggy Reid, Alice (Harry) Elliott, Barbara Farr; brothers, Derek (Theona) Cater, & Bill (Evelyn) Cater. Also leaving to mourn brothers and sisters-in-law, Don (Hannah) Knight, Harvey (Gladys) Knight, Lawrence (Gloria) Knight, Harold Sampson, Nish Gardner, Kay Cater; and a large number of nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends. Rev. Glenn Small conducted funeral services from St. Albans Anglican Church on Friday, April 29, 2011. Interment followed from the St. Albans Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were by Hoskins Funeral Home, Grand Falls-Windsor. Pallbearers were Lawrence Knight, Jim Woodworth, Winston Oldford, Derek Cater, Eugene Toope, and Ken Costello.
