Mrs. Lois M. Mercer of Bay Roberts passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Sunday, December 10, 2017. Mrs. Mercer was 79 years old. She leaves to mourn her loving family: daughter: Joan (Don) Dawe; granddaughters: Rebecca Dawe (Scott Vokey) and Kayla Dawe; siblings: Clarice (Calvin), Pat, Sherrill (Kevin) and Heather; brother-in-law: Albert;
special nephew: Roy (Millicent) Green, and a large circle of extended family and friends. Predeceased By: husband: Johnny Doug Mercer; parents: Azariah and Mary Russell; siblings: Sylvia, Evelyn (Herb) and Bill; brother-in-law: Gerald; sister-in-law: Doris (Harrison) Green. The Funeral Service will be held at 2 P.M. on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from Central United Church & Cemetery, Bay Roberts. The family will be receiving relatives and friends at SLADE'S FUNERAL HOME, L.T. STICK DRIVE, BAY ROBERTS, on Tuesday: 10:30 A.M.-12 Noon, 2-5 P.M. & 7-9 P.M. and Wednesday: 10:30-11:30 A.M.
