Marion Morrison, age 92, of Timberlea, N.S., passed away December 15, 2017 at the QE II Health Science Centre in Halifax. She was born in Glenwood, P.E.I., daughter of the late Albert and Mary (MacIntyre) MacIsaac. Marion enjoyed a successful teaching career, in both P.E.I. and Timberlea. Throughout the years, Nanny’s Place was always the focal point of our family gatherings. Although Mom and Dad moved to Halifax in 1957, they never forgot their P.E.I. roots. Surviving are sons Al (Bev) Saint John N.B.; David (Timberlea); Eric (Catherine) Halifax; Reg (Lynda) Timberlea; and Doug (Ann Marie) of Lakeside; daughters Greta (Doug) Fillier of Truro; Ethel (Timberlea); and Lynne (Rob deceased) Brown of Timberlea; sisters Ethel (Mississauga, ON) and Gena (Clyde River, P.E.I.); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Marion was pre-deceased by her husband Lorne, their sons Charlie, Carman and Owen, her brothers Ron and Ivan, daughter-in-law Mildred and son-in-law Rob. Visitation Tuesday, Dec 19 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at J.A. Snow Funeral Home, Lacewood Drive, Halifax. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am Wednesday, December 20 at St Marguerite Bourgeoys Church, 20 Scholars Rd., Upper Tantallon, N.S.
