The death occurred suddenly at the George Dumont Hospital in Moncton, N.B. on Monday, January 15, 2018 of Patrick “Paddy” Cheverie, age 70 years, of Souris, P.E. Loving and devoted husband to Carmella (nee Gallant), and beloved father to Cherie; deceased (Brendon; deceased), Ricky (Karen), Tracy (Trevor), Brian, Timothy (Mckaleigh), and Nathan (Skye). Dear grandfather to Andrew (Katie), Chelsea, Jordon, Robert, Isaac, Seth, Sarah, Jaxon, Jase, River, Finn, and great grandfather to Cooper. Survived by brother Darky Cheverie (Sheila), and sister Molly (Joe) MacCormack .Predeceased by parents William and Grace Cheverie, brother Michael (Martina), brother-in-law Joe MacCormack, and parent’s in-law Jacques and Clarisse Gallant. Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home with visiting hours on Thursday, January 18, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., and Friday, January 19, 2018 from 9-10 a.m. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church on Friday, January 19, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in the St. Mary’s Church Cemetery.
