Passed peacefully away on Monday, January 15, 2018 at the Miller Center, after a short battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving wife, children, and families, Leonard Harvey Hillier age 63 years. Predeceased by his loving parents Raymond and Leah Hillier, father-in-law, Emerson Mercer, grandparents Fredrick and Rhoda Smith, and Richard and Sarah Hillier, brother Reginald Stanley Hillier, brother-in-law, George Mercer also nephew and great-nephew. Leaving to mourn with loving and cherished memories of 41 years wife Maxine, daughter Jennifer (Shawn) Drover, son Stephen (Colleen) Hillier, 4 precious grandchildren; Owen, Braden, Hannah and Shawna, mother-in-law, Ruby Mercer. Brothers and sisters; Hilda (Calvin) Reid, Ron (Jean), Clyde (Bonnie), Linda (Dave), Rose (Howard) Huges, Andy (Sherry), Fred (Gloria), Donna, Allison (Bob). Brother and sisters-in-law; Don (Tina) Mercer, Brenda, Lois (John) Wakeham, Sandra, Darlene (Leonard), Lorraine (Kevin) Hall also a large number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends. Resting at Holloway's Funeral Home, Whitbourne. Visitation Wednesday 4:00 - 9:30 pm. Thursday 10:00 am - 9:30 pm. Friday 10:00 am - 12:00 noon. Funeral service will be held at the Anglican Church, Blaketown on Friday, January 19, 2018 at 2:00 pm. Inurnment at a later date. No flowers by request.
