Passed peacefully away at the age of 65 on January 16, 2018 at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital. Left with fond memories are his wife Donna and son Jerry (Melissa), his 3 sisters Joan Monahan (Bill, deceased), Jane Corbett-Penney (Eric), and Carol Collins (Jerry). Predeceased by his mother and father, Edith and Edward Croke, 5 brothers Bill (Molly), Bob (Sandra, deceased), Jim, Edward and John and 2 sisters Betty Pennell (Jim, deceased) and Rose Dooley (Fred). Also left to mourn are his father-in-law Frank Walsh, sisters-in-law Cynthia Winram (Lex), Janice Davis (Tony), Alice White, brother-in-law Frank Walsh (Renee), many nieces and nephews and a wide circle of friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home on LeMarchant Road on Friday, January 19, 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, January 20 at 10am at Mary Queen of Peace Church, Torbay Road. Inurnment will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. John’s SPCA.
