Clark (Cavanaugh), Linda Marie – Truro/Coldstream

Clark (Cavanaugh), Linda Marie – Age 71 of Truro, and previously of Coldstream Rd., Stewiacke, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2018, with her family at her side. Born in Upper North River, she was a daughter of the late Ira and Ivy (Ettinger) Cavanaugh and beloved wife of the late David Charles Clark.

She will be deeply missed by her children, Tammy (James Robinson), Montrose; Vanda (Carl Cutler), Economy; Tosha (Andrew Castle), Hilden; Christopher (Sherry), Stewiacke; David (Nadine), West St. Andrews; and her chosen son, Leslie Barkhouse (Debbie), Shubenacadie. She was extremely proud of all of her 23 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was a devoted sister of Bernard, James, Olivia, Judy, Bonnie, Verda, Diane and Barbara; and her many nieces and nephews held a special place in her heart. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by brother, Allison; and sister, Shirley.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Arimathea Funeral Cooperative, Upper Musquodoboit. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, January 28, from 2-5 p.m. in Truro Fire Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice. www.arimatheafuneral.ca
