Annie V. Piercey, [92], passed away on February 13th, 2018 at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, St.John’s. Predeceased by her parents Norman and Isabelle Handcock, her daughter Lola and siblings: Arthur, Lewis and Martha. Leaving to mourn her husband Albert Piercey; her children: Gordon (Margaret) Handcock, Valerie (Dominique Couture) Piercey, Elaine Hunter, Jean (Gary) Patterson, Pamela (Junior) Patterson, Albert Piercey, Catherine Piercey, Reid (Kimberley) Piercey, Clark (Laura) Piercey, Irene (Bob) Garrigan and Stephen Piercey; brother Alf (Josie Handcock); sister Katie Babstock; brothers-in-law: Walter (Doris), and Robert; sister-in-law Eunice Antle; 28 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 19th, 2018 at 2 p.m. in Barrett’s Funeral Chapel, Mt. Pearl.
