The death of (Capt. Rtd) Tadeusz (Teddy) Leon Pazdzierny age 91of Canavoy, P.E., devoted husband of the late Peggy (Becker) occurred on Thursday, February 22, 2018 following a brief illness at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital with friends by his side. Teddy was a veteran of WWII, serving with the Polish Army and immigrated to Canada. He started working on a farm, then as an air plane mechanic, trained as a pilot, flying for MCA-EPA and Air Canada when he retired. Teddy bought a farm in Canavoy, raising beef cattle, horses and faithful dogs Bassa and Pira. Teddy touched many lives in the Polish Community along with neighbours in Canavoy and friends across P.E.I. and will be missed by all. By personal request, no visiting or Funeral Service. A grave side Committal will take place at a later date in the Brudenell Cemetery. Donations to the Humane Society or the Brudenell Cemetery would be appreciated.
