Peacefully with her loving daughters by her side the passing of Lois Jeanette MacDonald age 76, beloved wife of the late John Clifford MacDonald occurred on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at the Kings County Memorial Hospital. Born in Albion Cross on June 16, 1941 she was the daughter of the late Hugh and Lillian (MacDonald) MacLean. Lois is survived by daughters Jennifer MacDonald (Samuel Johnson) and Julie Anne MacDonald (Jonathan MacInnis); cherished grandchildren Kaelan, Trent, Lillian and Samantha Johnson, John Donald MacDonald, Abigayle and Poppy MacInnis; brothers and sisters, Bernice MacKinnon, Junior (Bonnie) MacLean, Georgia MacLean-Hume, Jackie (Shirley) MacLean; sisters-in-law Jean MacLean, Alena Buchanan, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers John (Little Jackie), Donnie. Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Monday, March 5th from 4 to 7 p.m. Funeral Service to be held from the Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, March 6th at 2 p.m. Interment to take place at a later date in the Valleyfield Cemetery.
