Mom was so thankful for you all. To the entire Cancer Center Staff, especially Dr. Ron MacCormick, your professionalism and compassion were unmatched and truly valued by Mom. Special thanks to VON for your support. To Fr. Ray Huntley for his home visits and the beautiful celebration of life, it brought our family great peace. To Jari Ann Timmons, your spiritual support and friendship to mom throughout her illness meant so much to her and we will be forever grateful. To the amazing St. Leonard’s Choir and the alter servers, we thank you. To the readers, Mom’s nephew Darryl Poirier, cousin Jacqueline Poirier, and brother-in-law Gussie MacPherson, your participation in the Mass is truly appreciated. A special thank you to Mom’s great nephew and niece, Alex and Emily Burke, for taking up the offertory. To Mom’s wonderful co-workers from Maple Hill Manor, and members of the Cape Breastoner’s Dragon Boat Team, thank you for forming the honour guard. We know Mom was smiling down on you all. To everyone who travelled near and far, we were truly blessed to have you by our side at this difficult time. To all who sent cards, monetary gifts, flowers, emails, phone calls, facebook messages, food, and made memorial donations, you will never be forgotten. The numerous kind words spoken and written about mom brought us great comfort at a very difficult time. To our wonderful family, friends, neighbors and coworkers, we are truly overwhelmed with the love and support shown to Mom and us during her illness. Finally, To Basil R.
