On Wednesday March 21, 2018 at the Dr. John M. Gillis Memorial Lodge the peaceful passing of Agnes Bell, age 92, beloved wife of the late Harold Bell occurred. Born in Hopefield, she was the daughter of the late David and Angusina MacFarlane. Agnes is survived by her loving children, Betty (David) Wheeler, Loman (Rose) Bell; 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; I sister Bertha; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her siblings John, Dan, David, James, George, Lester, Elizabeth, Mary, Mina, Effie and Florence. Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Tuesday, March 27th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service to take place on Wednesday, March 28th in the Funeral Home Chapel at 1 p.m. with Rev David Wheeler officiating, assisted by Rev. David Filsinger. Interment to follow in the Murray River Cemetery. Donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
