It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of Mary Catherine Keough on March 29, 2018. Mary was born November 6, 1941 in Summerville, NFLD; lived in Plate Cove West, NFLD for thirty-five years before moving to Whitecourt, AB in 1997.
Mary will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her beloved husband of 56 years, Aiden; children, Debbie (Len), Rosalie (Leo), Loretta (Kirk), Christine (Darrell), Roy (Phyllis), Josephine (Troy) and Sherry (Drew); ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; many more family, friends, and everyone who knew her. Mary is predeceased by her infant son, Gerald.
Mary will be remembered for love and devotion to her family and friends. Her compassion, strength, and her ability to put a smile on your face will never be forgotten.
In lieu of other tributes, Mary would love knowing that donations are directed to the Friends of Whitecourt Society, Box 1101, Whitecourt, AB T7S 1P1.
A private Celebration of Mary’s Life will be held in June of 2018.
