We, the family of the late Joe Rankin, wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to family and friends for the expressions of love, support, and sympathy during our time of loss. To Neil Libbey thank you for always being there for us and to Bev. Devereaux for all your acts of kindness. Thank you to everyone who visited, called, sent food, flowers, cards, mass cards and memorial donations. We are grateful to everyone who attended the wake and funeral service, and to those who travelled a distance to be with us. Thank you, to ER Dept. CBRH, Dr. Butler, Dr. Gracie, Palliative Care team, An Cala Unit staff. Thank you to the Naval Veterans for their service and attendance at the funeral home. To Fr. Paul MacGillivray for his homily-to the readers, gift bearers, pallbearers, honorary pallbearers, back in time members. Thank you to St. Anne’s Parish, Glace Bay, Fr. A. O’Connor PP, Fr. Paul MacGillivray, and Fr. Doug Murphy for the funeral Mass celebration. Thanks to St. Anne’s Choir, organist Stephen MacNeil, and the C.W.L. for the lovely lunch. To V.J.
