Passed away on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at St. Luke's Home, Nathan Mitchell at the age of 81 years. Predeceased by wife Jessie. Leaving to mourn daughters Sandra (Scott) and Lisa (Stephen), brothers Samuel, and Leslie (Barbara), sisters Ethel (Alex) and Esther (Robert), and two sisters-in-law, Vera White and Viola Mundon. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road from 10 am - 2 pm on Sunday, May 6th, with service immediately following at the Carnell Memorial Chapel at 2 pm. Interment will follow at the United Church Cemetery in Portugal Cove. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Memorial United Church in Portugal Cove.
