Joan Ruth Dixon age 82 passed away peacefully at the Dr. John M. Gillis Memorial Lodge, Belfast on Saturday, May 12, 2018. Born in Gaspereaux on Oct. 1, 1935. Joan is survived by brother Bill (Bertha); sisters Gertie (Derrell), Shirley and many nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law Lillian and Laura. Predeceased by parents Percy and Lilly Dixon of Gaspereaux, PE; brothers Everette (Sadie), Archie (Lucy), Eldon (Velma), Grant, Claude and Baby Stanley; sisters Thelma (George R.), Myrtle (George W.), Edith (Laurie) and Baby Lillian; nephews Robbie, Blaine, Kilven and Kent; grand nephew Steve and grand niece Kelsie. Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 2 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. Funeral service to take place at 3:15 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
