McGRAY, Donna Marlene - age 55 years, passed away May 10, 2018 in Lower Wedgeport, N.S. Born in Argyle, Yarmouth Co. to Shirley McGray (Richardson) and the late Victor McGray. She was the Co-owner of E.J. Magic Maids, loved the outdoors, dance and music. She loved her grandchildren dearly. Donna is survived by her partner, Daniel Deveau; daughter, April Crosby (Joseph Graham) Grande Prairie, Alta; son, Adam (Monica) Crosby, Port Maitland; brothers, David (Emma) McGray, Rockville, James McGray, Raynardton, and Ricky McGray, Red Deer, Alta; sister, Shelly (Allan) Gartner, Annapolis, NS; grandchildren, Joshua, Felicity, Sydney and Jayden. She was predeceased by father Victor. No visitation by family request. A Celebration of Life was held Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 2:00 pm from Sweeny's Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. A.D. “Bill” Newell officiated. Burial was in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Family flowers only. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Nova Scotia Mental Health Society Association. Final arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth.
