Peter DOSKOCH
March 23, 1932 - May 19, 2018
Peter Doskoch passed away peacefully May 19, 2018, at the age of 86 years at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. He is survived by his younger sister: Sophie Manzia; as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents: Mary and Andrew Doskoch; half-brothers: Mike and Joseph Saltys; brothers: Walter Doskoch, William Doskotch, and Steve Doskoch; and sisters: Ann Doskoch, Rose Doskoch, Jean (Hretchka), and Nellie (Panas). Peter enjoyed life on the farm and simple pleasures in Albertville for most of his life. Later in life he moved to Serenity Care Home, where he received excellent care for many years. His family would especially like to thank Maria Santiago and her staff for their compassionate care, as well as the staff at the Herb Bassett Home for their care and support of Peter. A Service of Remembrance will be held Tuesday, May 29, 2018 – 1:00 pm at MacKenzie Chapel, 130 9th St E, Prince Albert, SK. Interment will be at the Honeymoon Cemetery at a later date.
