Melita Colson-Dobson, age 53, passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at home. Born on July 20, 1964 in Shallop Cove, NL she was a daughter of the Late Viola and Leslie Colson.
Melita had many friends and enjoyed life. Over the past few years, Melita had been dealing with cancer. She will be missed by all.
Melita is survived by her children, Lee, Justin and Ashley; ten grandchildren; partner, Stephen Walker; as well as seven brothers, five sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life will take place on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the SW Chant & Son Funeral Home Chapel.
