Peacefully at the Garden Home on Monday, August 24, 2009, of Mrs. Catherine P. “Katie’’ Mosher, formerly of Savage Harbour, in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Fred Mosher and dear mother of Jennie (Robert) Mann, Lillian (Robert) Hyndman, George (Theresa), Mildred McInnis, David (Anita), Daniel (Jackie) and Gordon (Marion). Katie is also survived by 23 loving grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; her brother, Elisha Pigott; and her daughter-in-law, Margaret Mosher. She was predeceased by her parents, John E. and Jennie (nee Robbins) Pigott; sons, John and Chester; son-in-law, John McInnis. Resting at the Cutcliffe Funeral Home until Thursday morning then transferred to Mount Stewart United Church for funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in Mount Stewart People’s Cemetery.
