Olive Andrews (nee Buchanan) passed peacefully away in the arms of her loving family, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, on Monday, June 4, 2018, beloved wife of Wayne Andrews, of Ebenezer, aged 70. Olive was the loving mother of Jennifer Andrews and loving companion to Dexter. She is also survived by her stepfather, Harold MacDonald; sisters, Judy Melrose (David) and Rita Murdock (Earl); brother, Roger Buchanan (Brenda); sisters and brother-in-law, Marlene Andrews; Walter Andrews (Louise); and Joyce Coles (Clayton); and numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and friends. Olive was predeceased by her parents, Elmer and Laura (Hill) Buchanan; father and mother-in-law, Malcolm and Jessie (Enman) Andrews; and brother-in-law, Alton Andrews. Resting at Central Queen’s Funeral Home, 2538 Glasgow Road, New Glasgow, for visitation on Thursday, June 7, 2018, from 5 – 8 p.m. Funeral will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel, on Friday, June 8, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Valley.
